Every building has different needs for its windows. With the variety of styles and materials offered in these collections, you will be sure to find a window that suits your needs perfectly.
- E-Series (Aluminum Clad Wood): With around 50 exterior colors and a massive variety of indoor finishes, this series is best for custom and architect driven projects
- A-Series (Composite Wood): A range of curated styles offers great energy efficiency that works incredibly well in premium builds and remodels
- 400 Series (Clad/Wood): This classic collection has a proven track record and is often recommended for projects that require custom window sizes
- 200 Series (Clad/Wood): Perfect for budget-conscious builds, these windows use core window styles and standard sizing to give you great windows that won’t break the bank
- 100 Series (Fibrex Composite): Made of a unique composite, this collection of low-maintenance frames boasts twice the strength of vinyl windows and is an excellent choice for projects that require durable, modern looks
Andersen E-Series
The aluminum-clad wood of the E-Series is, stylistically, the most versatile collection Andersen offers. The E-Series features 50-plus exterior color options that facilitate perfect color pairings with your siding.
E-Series is also extremely customizable. It is a great choice for custom construction projects, unique sizing needs, and specialty shapes. If you need windows for an architect-driven project, E-Series is the best choice for you.
Andersen A-Series
Composite windows like those that make up the A-Series collection stand out because they give the rich look of wood without the same maintenance requirements. The energy efficiency afforded to the A-Series thanks to its composite materials is one of its best qualities.
The A-Series is an excellent choice for remodeling projects or premium builds. This is because it features a curated range of styles that are aesthetically pleasing as well as being energy efficient windows.
Andersen 400 Series
These wood clad windows have a long history of excellence. They are intended to fit a wide range of shapes and sizes, which makes this collection perfect for window replacement projects. No matter the window that needs replacing, the 400 Series can fit the bill.
The long history of the 400 Series also means that you know exactly what you are getting. You are getting reliable windows that are durable and long-lasting. Having that kind of quality in both standard and non-standard sized windows is rare to find.
Andersen 200 Series
Similar to the 400 Series, the 200 Series is a clad/wood collection. The difference is that the 200 Series is a more budget-focused collection. While the windows maintain the quality of more expensive collections, the sizes stick to standard window options.
These are excellent replacement windows. Any window in a standardized size range that needs to be switched out can be replaced with a 200 Series window without breaking the bank. If you are building a new home or need a one-to-one window replacement, the 200 Series is right for you.
Andersen 100 Series
The 100 Series is very special because it brings the strengths and capabilities of Fibrex to your windows. Fibrex frames are twice as strong as vinyl and block thermal transfer much better than comparable aluminum windows.
The strength of Fibrex also means that the 100 Series can give excellent narrow lines for better views out of your windows without sacrificing any efficiency or durability. That makes the 100 Series perfect for contemporary designs — and as an added bonus, Fibrex requires very little maintenance!

Introducing Fibrex (Andersen’s Signature Composite)
Andersen Windows are the only windows on the market that feature Fibrex. A unique composite made of wood fibers and special polymers, Fibrex is a massive step up from vinyl and/or aluminum.
Fibrex is twice as strong as vinyl and insulates against thermal disruption hundreds of times better than aluminum. Combined with clean, refined corners and tight long lasting seals that Fibrex provides and you have a material that can do everything from fitting into contemporary window design to improving the energy usage of historic homes.
Color and Finish Options
Fitting into both the exterior and interior design identity of a building is a unique challenge faced by windows. Andersen has risen to that challenge with an incredible selection of colors and durable window finishes.
- E-Series: Around 50 color choices allow for exact matches or bold contrast
- 400/200/A-Series: Curated neutral and architectural tones help these windows fit in with just about any color scheme
- 100 Series: Fibrex offers integral-color composite colors that are designed to resist fading, scratching, and pitting
- E-Series: Customization is a priority with multiple stains, woods, and paints available for selection
- 400/200/A-Series: Wood interiors with factory stains and paints fit with a wide range of interiors
- 100 Series: Interior color options are integrated into Fibrex
Energy and Glass Options
SmartSun Low-E glass is available across all Andersen Windows collections. By filtering up to 95% of UV rays, SmartSun Low-E glass helps maintain interior temperatures while protecting your possessions from fading — even when your windows have southern or western exposure.

Was a seamless process and very professional. We will be using them for our siding replacement next.
See attached photo for evidence of workmanship where the original wood edging and metal work required repair and then the new tile has been positioned for a perfect fit.

The roofing and gutter crews were prompt, professional and tidy. The work was completed flawlessly. I highly recommend Summit Construction and especially the project manager, Christian Decker.
The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless once the job was done. The quality of the roof is exceptional, and Durham took the time to walk me through the materials, process, and warranty so I felt completely confident in my decision.
It is rare to find a company that combines great workmanship with such outstanding customer service. This team truly does. I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done. You will be in great hands with Durham and his crew.
